PILOT NOTICE · 23 OCTOBER 2026

How we handle your information

This notice describes the ExamSaathi pilot. Students can register with email confirmation. Practice access depends on account and guardian checks. Public paid plans are not available.

Information used for practice

The service uses account details, class/board/language information, age information for account controls, guardian consent records, selected papers, uploaded answers, evaluation feedback and published results. Support requests and access/review events are also recorded.

Who can access answers and results

You can view your own published results. Active administrators and assigned staff with authenticator verification can review answers. Provisional AI marks remain hidden until staff publication. Do not include unrelated personal documents in an answer upload.

Winner prize payments

Invited winners may provide an account-holder name, bank account number and IFSC for manual prize payment. A currently verified guardian submits their own bank account for a student under 18. Bank details are encrypted and visible only to the administrator handling the payment after verified sign-in. They are never included in rankings or AI requests. Active details are removed when paid, cancelled or expired; protected backups may retain older encrypted copies. Invitations expire after 30 days unless payment handling has already started. Processing payments remain locked until the administrator resolves them. You may withdraw submitted details before processing starts, or contact support afterward.

Service providers

The current pilot uses Supabase for accounts, database and private file storage, Vercel for the website, Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification, and OpenAI API for enabled AI evaluation. Submitted answer content and the relevant marking key may be sent to the evaluation provider. Business email uses GoDaddy/Titan. These services operate under their own contracts and technical settings.

Guardian decisions and privacy requests

Where guardian consent is required, account permissions depend on the recorded consent. Contact the team to request withdrawal, access, correction or deletion. A request is reviewed before any data operation; a submitted request does not itself change consent or delete records.

Open a private request or write to contact@examsaathiai.in. The team may need to verify the requester and their relationship before acting.

Sessions, retention and backups

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Sign out on shared devices. Uploaded originals, evaluation records and audit history are retained for the pilot’s review and operational needs; backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends. A final retention and deletion schedule must be confirmed before real-student enrolment expands.

Public visibility

The pilot does not publish student photographs, cities, private answer sheets or a public leaderboard. New optional features require a separate release and appropriate choices.

Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdrawal of consent, from your account help page. The team will verify identity and permission before acting.
